Erfan founded frex.digital in 2015 and has led it ever since — from a one-man SEO and webmaster practice in Tehran to a thirteen-person agency in Dubai serving more than thirty-five healthcare, hospitality, real-estate and enterprise brands.

He leads digital strategy for Gulf healthcare brands including Spanish Eye Clinic, Ebsaar Eye Surgery Center, Bizrahmed, Louvre Center Abu Dhabi and Health Goal Medical Center — the accounts where clinical credibility and patient acquisition have to coexist.
On the build side he pushes SEO-first websites that rank for high-intent searches and convert into booked appointments: the authority-led site for Dr. Azra Vaziri, and the rebrand and search programme for Khunji Real Estate. On the enterprise side he directs long-cycle digital programmes for Hilti through Madavi, plus Varanegar and Rastaksoft across SEO, content and omnichannel presence.
The technical fluency is not borrowed. Before and alongside frex he spent a decade as an SEO manager, webmaster and IT manager across Iranian news agencies, industrial manufacturers, marketplaces and a multi-branch holding — which is why the agency sells strategy it can also ship.
